After a long battle against cancer, Cathie Wilson passed away at the hospice , early Monday morning 15th October 2012.
When we arrived at the hospice, we immediately felt comfortable and assured that this would be a home for mum in her last days. It was beautiful and peaceful and we felt welcome, like a family member.
This site is a tribute to Cathy . She is much loved and will always be remembered.

I can't thank the staff enough for the care my dad received the five weeks he was in the hospice. .sadly my dad passed away on the 6th march 2014 the staff made sure it was peaceful and dignified.
A loving, funny, loyal brother, uncle and friend. Simply the best!

A loving tribute to Daniel "Danny" Nimmo. Amazing Dad, Grandad, Brother, Uncle, father-in-law, brother-in-law and friend who sadly passed away on 28 October 2013 aged 69.

To everyone who knew my father was a very special person. You only had to meet him once and that was enough to know he was a man like no other. A selfless man who always put everyone-else first. no matter how poorly he was he always went that extra mile to help others without helping himself.
David McKenna is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
Our dad passed away in the Prince and Princess of Wales hospice in Glasgow on the 16th of November 2012, aged 54. The purpose of this site is not only to raise money for the hospice, but also to allow Dad's family and friends to post memories and messages for him.
In tribute to my wife Denise, who fought her illness with great dignity and courage. May she continue to be an inspiration to all those who knew and loved her.

What can we say about a man like Duncan? Once met never forgotten springs to mind. In a room full of strangers he would gather a crowd and have them talking and laughing together in no time, and prince or pauper they would all find Duncan the same way. He dealt with his illness as he dealt with life, said " Why not me? " .
