This site is a tribute to Tom. He is much loved and will always be remembered.
In loving memory of Tom McConnell, a devoted husband, dear dad, proud grandfather, much loved uncle and faithful friend to many.
In memory of Tony Baker, died 18th December 2007.
The hospice is one of the most deserving charities that I can think of and every little donation made in Tony's name is a fitting tribute to a much missed husband, father, son and brother.
Keeping Tracey’s light shining bright!
Tracey was a loving daughter, sister, sister-in-law, niece, cousin and friend.
She was a special person who was caring, fun-loving and generous. She enjoyed life and crammed a lot into her 34 years but she wouldn’t have had it any other way.
She had a big personality with a big heart to match!
This Tribute Fund was set up to allow us to continue the lifelong philosophy of kindness, generosity and helping others shared by Una (1934-2012) and Loudon Downs (1931-2008). By donating to it, we can support the hospice in providing the compassionate and expert care which has greatly benefited our family.
Vincent never gave up living and was determined to enjoy every minute. He endured so much with gritty determination and made it so far with the support of Hospice; much further than his own doctors thought he could. Missed by Wendy, his brothers, his cousins, children and all of his friends, for whom his life played such an important part of ours.
Walter Lutton is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
Stephen Hughes (far right) passed away at the hospice in August 2008 - Age 51. He had multiple brain tumours. William (Bill) Hughes (second from the left) passed away on the 6th January 2010 - Age 60 after battling cancer for almost 8 years. They were brothers.

Our dad/husband/papa was the most amazing person. He was a legend. Loved us unconditionally. Even towards the end of his own life he helped and inspired those whom he came in contact with. He has left a gaping hole in our lives that can never be filled.
Uncle Wullie you will be missed greatly, but all those happy memories we have had together will be with us always, lots of love & smiles Fred, Linda, Keith & Fraser xx
